Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible partner JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our clan. My Instagram account is @annephung and most people follow me. I post about my daily life, the good and the bad. In 1990, my family relocated to America. In the age of one quarter I was able to join my parents. In the hope of having an improved life, I wanted to do my best to please them. I was focused on achieving my goals. I had a plan to study in order to finish my studies and secure an employment that was good. And then I wanted to have a family and a wife. My idea of success was to go to university after graduation, and then find a corporate job. After that, I'd marry to buy a home and have kids. However, life was not so sure. The year was 2013, and I discovered that I didn't like going to work at my corporate job. Status and money did make me feel happy. I felt like I wasted my time to earn an income. While I moved toward a new direction in my life, I realized that I was a personal trainer and what I wanted to do. I am a lover for fitness, and I love being with people and help people. My small business was started in 2014 and I'm celebrating seven years of growth this year, 2021. Since I am an Asian female working in the field, we are among the many of us. Within the field of coaching, I want to make a difference by providing quality training to assist others in becoming healthier and happier. Furthermore, I try in empowering others to achieve the goals they have set for themselves in order to achieve whatever they would like to accomplish. When I began my professional profession, the loss of my mother was the biggest blow to my life. After an eight-year struggle with the disease, she is at peace at Heaven. I will never forget her and will always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. Life's lessons can be hidden from us however they are very valuable. My mom's death changed my life in many ways, and I believe my mom offered me a second chance to be alive through her death. She died on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. The day was her chance to enter her next life. I got my second chance to live the life of a fulfilled and happy. My 30's are the first moment that I feel as if I'm living my life. My life is shared with you so that I can be able to share my stories and words. This can help you realize that you're not on your own. You are capable of accomplishing anything you wish in your life. Therapy is vital and is normal. Health is the best wealth. I hope that you enjoy your life to the fullest and to die with no regrets because death is the sole thing promised to all of us during our lives.
